Q: How long does it take to charge a new mobile phone battery?
A: The charging time varies according to the make and model of your device. Charging time usually takes between three and fifteen minutes.
Q: How does the EBC recharge a mobile phone within fifteen minutes?
A: By using patented Micro Pulse technology the EBC is able to use electrical current more efficiently; decreasing the time needed to recharge your battery.
Q: Will rapid recharging by the EBC decrease my battery's lifetime.
A: No. Battery life begins to decrease after a phone is left charging for over 30 minutes. The maximum recharge time with an EBC is 15 minutes. This enables the EBC to avoid decreasing the lifetime of your battery.

A: Yes. All new phone batteries can be charged if they are EBC compatible.
: Can customers remove their devices at any time during a charge?

Q: Do all EBC models charge ipods, laptops and PDA's?
A: No. However, for no extra charge, you can have your model customized to meet your requirements. Just mark the appropriate box on your order form and we will take care of the rest.
